Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I to support customers in Charleston, WV. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment, including self-checkout systems, across an assigned territory.

Training is provided, with opportunities to work with major retail customers. This on-site role includes a company vehicle, benefits, and a path toward expanding technical and field service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to a geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel and drive several hours daily.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Flexible shift work across morning, afternoon, and evening slots.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service customer sites promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within the assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, PM work, and system overhauls.
