Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 2–5 years repairing forklifts, lift trucks, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and breakdown repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Read, interpret, and understand electrical and hydraulic system schematics.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and other truck systems.
• Repair or replace major electrical, hydraulic, mechanical components.
• Use diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, and standard tools of the trade.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company service vehicle in safe condition.
• Provide professional and courteous service at customer facilities.
• Communicate issues and recommended repairs to customers and management.
• Assist with training apprentice technicians and follow safety policies.
