Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Field Service Technician to support diesel-powered pumps at our White Springs, FL site. You will install, mobilize, and tear down equipment utilizing a company service vehicle, with training provided. Previous technical experience is encouraged though not required, and there are opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years technical experience; fusion is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize smart devices.
• Ability to work in a high customer facing position.
• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, mobilize, and tear down on-site equipment using a company service vehicle.
• Equipment-specific training will be provided.
• Willing to train the right person; prior technical/mechanical experience is encouraged.
• Work with general day shift hours with occasional overtime opportunities.
