Job summary

General Parts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment in schools, healthcare facilities and restaurants. You’ll troubleshoot and service gas, electric and steam systems, order parts, and participate in on-call rotations.

A company vehicle is dispatched from home and ongoing training and advancement opportunities are provided. The role offers a sign-on bonus and strong benefits, with EPA refrigeration certification preferred for qualified

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Criminal background check and drug screen required.
• 2+ years related experience, education, or military training preferred.
• EPA certification for refrigeration techs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
• Provide service solutions for gas, electric, and steam systems.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
