Job summary

Turbo Technicians, LLC., a Smart Care company, is seeking a skilled technician to join its Rochester, MN team. The role focuses on service of commercial restaurant equipment, including coffee/espresso machines and turbo ovens, with training provided.

You will work with a customer-first mindset, install and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate parts delivery. A company vehicle is provided, and portal-to-portal service supports your fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing technical restaurant equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and ability to read schematics.
• Ability to read and use a multimeter.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Familiar with basic tools and multimeter.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain good attendance.
• Able to lift and move heavy restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-value service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Reactive 24-hour service including troubleshooting, repair, and resolution.
• Perform installation, repair, scheduled preventive maintenance, and cleaning of commercial restaurant equipment.
• Order and schedule delivery of parts and manage inventory.
• Record and complete work orders accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch, management, warehouse, and technician teams.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean service vehicle.
