Turbo Technicians, LLC., a Smart Care company, is seeking skilled technicians to service commercial restaurant equipment in New York City and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain coffee/espresso machines and turbo ovens with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electricity; amperage, voltage and resistance; reading basic schematics and using a multimeter.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift and move heavy restaurant equipment when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, courteous, high-value service.
• Reactive 24-hour service with troubleshooting, repair, and resolution.
• Perform installations, preventative maintenance, and removal of equipment; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order and schedule parts delivery and maintain inventory.
• Document work orders accurately and maintain records.
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, warehouse, and technician teams.
• Maintain a professional appearance and keep the service vehicle clean.
