Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and ability to read schematics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high value service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide reactive 24-hour service including troubleshooting, repair, and diagnosis.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
• Order and schedule repair parts and maintain inventory.
• Document work orders accurately and communicate with dispatch and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
