Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technician training preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with equipment diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting on construction equipment.
• Experience with Caterpillar equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical instructions, manuals, and safety procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on Caterpillar equipment.
• Communicate with customers to provide exceptional service and report findings.
• Travel within assigned region; occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.
