Job summary

Cimarron is seeking an experienced Team Leader to direct and coordinate a group of field service employees for production goals in Williston, ND. The role emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and employee morale, with a mix of hands-on production and leadership tasks.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass DOT and DISA certifications. This on-site role requires readiness to work day shifts and manage a small team on the floor.

Qualifications

• Leader experience on the manufacturing floor with team direction.
• Ability to supervise a group and maintain productivity.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental requirements applicable to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of field service employees to meet production needs.
• Balance 50% production time with 50% problem solving and training.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation.
• Continuously improve safety and housekeeping.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and administer policies fairly.
• Conduct safety talks and assist with incident investigations.
• Monitor progress against team goals and report to management.
• Assist supervisor in employee evaluations and discipline.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flex hours to meet plant requirements.
• Other related duties as assigned.
