Job summary

Cimarron is seeking a Team Leader to direct a crew of field service employees and coordinate tasks to meet production goals on site in Williston, ND. You will balance direct production work with coaching, problem solving and team development, while upholding safety, quality and efficiency standards.

You will monitor performance, provide feedback for evaluations, maintain housekeeping, and participate in safety talks and incident investigations as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 3 years of experience with industry equipment or processes.
• Proven leadership experience managing a small team.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; DOT and DISA certifications preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.

Position Overview: The Team Leader directs and coordinates the activity of a group of field service employees to accomplish assigned tasks. The Team Leader is responsible for assisting the field services management in achieving the overall goals and objectives of the organization. This includes but is not limited to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Efficiency, On-time completion and employee morale.Essential Job Functions:As a working member of the team, leads a group of field service employees in accomplishing assigned tasks to meet production needs. Approximately 50% of time will be dedicated to direct production and 50% of time dedicated to problem solving, training and other team management activities.Ensures safe, efficient, cost effective and environmentally appropriate operation of their area of responsibilityContinually improves the safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety awareness. Improve and maintain housekeeping in all areasDemonstrates strong leadership behaviors conducive to building team cohesiveness while setting an example to others. Administers company policies in a fair and consistent mannerConducts safety talks with employee groups and assists with incident & near miss safety investigations as requiredMonitors, updates, takes action to attain, and reports progress against team goals.
