Responsibilities include scaling field operations, coordinating with sales and service centers, and mentoring staff. Requires travel up to 30% and English fluency in a dynamic energy solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completed technical or electrical/electronic vocational training.
• Several years of experience in electrical/mechanical field.
• Proven experience leading a team of technicians.
• Business fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for audits.
• Residency in the DFW/Abilene area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of quality of work, profitability, and safety.
• Classify technicians by service region qualifications.
• Oversight of commissioning, repairs, overhauls, and warranty work.
• Collaborate on strategic planning for the service region.
• Ensure safety guidelines for all employees and contractors.
• Support Service Sales by developing standardized processes.
• Collect feedback to improve service performance.
• Work with Service Area Managers to meet customer needs.
