Job summary

Provisur Technologies GmbH in Mokena, Illinois, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Service Technicians for the Slicing product line, coordinate installations, and ensure efficient service across sites. Travel ~40%.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of supervisory experience in technical service, 5+ years hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical or electronic systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a technical service environment.
• At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience with mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Field Service Technicians for the Slicing product line, including scheduling, support, repairs, and documentation.
• Coordinate and manage equipment installations and service visits; oversee scheduling and trip reports.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders, maintain accurate service documentation, and manage warranties and Maintenance Agreements.
• Promote safety and drive continuous development within the FST team; collaborate across departments to support sales and new product development.
