Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Senior Cooler Service Field Technician in Oklahoma City to lead equipment delivery, installation and exchanges at customer accounts. The role includes on-site setup, moving vending equipment and occasional supervisory duties as needed, with a focus on safe operation and customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and HVAC knowledge; valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification preferred.
• 0 to 3 years of general plumbing and technical experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical and electrical aptitude. Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, exchange and move vending equipment.
• The position will perform as an acting Supervisor when needed.
• Responsible for installing fountain equipment.
• Performs installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment.
• Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed.
• Maintain and complete required paperwork, such as work tickets, parts list etc.
• Provide quality customer service.
• Complete safety vehicle reports on a daily basis.
• Load and unload vending machines for delivery and/or return.
• Communicates with dispatchers, customers and supervisors regarding delivery and pick up status.
• Set coolers, which involves setting shelves, temperature and checking refrigeration.
• Educate customers in operation of equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
