PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides oversight of all activities for Field Service technicians. Actively takes ownership of team performance.
- Provides technicians with the tools for success through leadership, coaching and mentoring.
- Ensures Extract quality and technician effectiveness by performing, coordinating, and analyzing assessments of technicians and implementing actionable development plans.
- Provides technical support for technicians and is considered ESP subject matter expert.
- Responsible for reviewing technician generated reports and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate data relay.
- Comply with all company policy, procedures and HSE policy.
- Maintains all company issued assets.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Reliability, Optimization, HSE and Manufacturing departments.
- Engage and communicate with Customers, Well Site Managers and Consultants.
- Actively assist with dispatching technicians to ensure technician competency meets job requirements.
- Participate in incident investigations, near miss reviews and abnormal job reports (AJR) as required.
- Maintain administrative paperwork to document technician development, action plans and performance.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma orequivalent
- 5-10 years of ESP Field Service and Supervision experience is preferred.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communicationskills.
- High school level algebra proficiency.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe PDF
