Clean Harbors in Denton, TX seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead daily operations of the service crew, ensuring proper equipment operation and timely documentation. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and adherence to client requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating work, and maintaining records. Training and on-call emergency response are integral, with a one-week academy training at company expense.

Competenze

• Experience in environmental field service operations.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 2-4 nights per month.
• On-call for emergency response situations.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks and lift equipment.
• Background check, drug test, and medical/physical as required.

• Ensure equipment is available and operational before jobs.
• Inspect equipment and job site prior to start.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as required.
• Complete service paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Train Technicians I & II on equipment operation and processes.

• Enforce company policies and maintain on-site safety.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with DOT and local rules.
• Be on-call for emergency response on a rotating basis.
