Job summary

BlueFin Services, LLC seeks a Service Supervisor-Chemical Cleaning, Flushing & Umbilical Services to lead on-site teams in Lafayette, LA, and across the Gulf. You will coordinate tasks, review procedures, and mobilize equipment for high-velocity flushing, NAS filtration, chemical cleaning, hydro-blasting, and testing.

You will manage field operations, train technicians, ensure safety compliance, and maintain strong client communication with project management. Extensive travel across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 10 years’ energy industry experience.
• 7 years in related field position.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and perform field services per work plan and SOP.
• Oversee a large crew from start to finish.
• Train and develop Service Technicians and Lead Technicians.
• Operate and monitor flushing and filtration equipment.
• Assist with job planning, equipment selection, and mobilization.
• Ensure safety and compliance with BlueFin standards.
