BlueFin Services LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor-Chemical Cleaning, Flushing & Umbilical Services to lead field crews on both land and offshore projects in Lafayette, LA. You will coordinate equipment, review procedures, supervise safety and quality, and ensure client satisfaction while interfacing with the project management team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and extensive energy-industry experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.
• 10 years’ experience in the energy industry or related sector.
• 7 years of experience in related field position.

Responsabilités

• Direct and perform field services in accordance with the work plan, procedures, and SOP.
• Oversee a large crew and direct the work from start to finish.
• Train and develop Service Technicians and Lead Service Technicians.
