The role requires strong mechanical understanding, high urgency, and the ability to balance multiple open service issues while communicating with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment service, warranty administration, service coordination, or related field.
• Strong preference for experience with BOMAG equipment or landfill operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management.

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage all open service tickets and work orders for BOMAG equipment.
• Coordinate field service events from initial contact through work-order closure.
• Review service requests for equipment issue, urgency, status, and customer impact.
• Prioritize work orders based on equipment condition, operations, parts availability, and warranty requirements.
• Maintain visibility into open work orders and their status; escalate stalled jobs.
• Ensure accurate technician notes, labor, parts, and repair documentation.
• Drive timely completion and closure of work orders after repairs.
