Job summary

FloWorks International LLC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for the Chattanooga area. You will lead field teams, oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial valve equipment, and interpret blueprints using electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators.

You will mentor crew members, develop training, and ensure safe, high‑quality workmanship while coordinating documentation and on‑site inspections. Occasional travel and on‑call duties are required.

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED, preferred.
Prefer 4 years of experience in area of responsibility.
Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required.
Regular exposure to dust, fumes or odors with moderate physical demands.
Overnight travel up to 50% and on‑call/overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with team to ensure seamless daily operations and mentors crew members.
Develops and delivers training programs to enhance crew skills.
Troubleshoots and repairs equipment, parts, and components with hands‑on problem solving.
Conducts site inspections to determine optimal repair sequences and methods.
Completes documentation, inspections, and records (JSAs, inspections, reports).
Adapts to changing priorities and supports team objectives.
