Job summary

FloWorks International LLC is seeking a Field Service Supervisor for the Chattanooga area. You will lead field teams, oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial valve equipment, and interpret blueprints using electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators.

You will mentor crew members, develop training, and ensure safe, high‑quality workmanship while coordinating documentation and on‑site inspections. Occasional travel and on‑call duties are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Prefer 4 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required.
• Regular exposure to dust, fumes or odors with moderate physical demands.
• Overnight travel up to 50% and on‑call/overtime as needed.

Job Information:

As a Field Service Supervisor, you'll provide technical support to customers, lead teams in the field, and oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance of industrial valve equipment. Your role will involve interpreting blueprints, conducting skilled technical work, and utilizing your expertise in Electric and Pneumatic Actuators, as well as valves, to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborates effectively with team members to ensure seamless daily operations, providing guidance and mentorship to crew members to achieve exceptional results.
• Develops and delivers training programs to enhance crew members' skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Conducts thorough site inspections to determine the optimal sequence and method of industrial valve repair, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Accurately completes all necessary documentation, reports, and forms, including JSA, Vehicle Inspections, Equipment Inspections, and other critical records.
• Adapts to changing priorities and assignments, performing other duties as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.
