Job summary

FloWorks International LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician in Trussville, AL. The role combines field work at customer sites with shop tasks, including installation, calibration, and repair of valve automation equipment.

You will work on Limitorque actuators and related control systems, traveling as needed to service customers. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with valves and automation, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Limitorque service and repair preferred.
• 5+ years experience in general valve and automation preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required. Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, set-up, and commission MOVs, AOVs, HOVs.
• Service and repair of Limitorque electric actuators.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform testing and calibration.
• Provide field service support at customer sites or in the shop.
