Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to client homes and community locations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate BAYADA core values in all interactions.
• Conduct supervisory visits to non-medical staff in homes and in the community.
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary management team.
• Ensure staff have required competencies and documentation before services.
• Visit clients to gather feedback and support satisfaction, ensuring care plans are followed.
