Job Summary

As a Field Service Supervisor, you will lead a team of Service Technicians. You will deliver an exceptional service experience to each Climate Pros customer and prepare your team to meet and exceed customer needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Technical Support:
   • Provide technical support to assigned technicians and their territories.
   • Train newly hired technicians in the field.
   • Collaborate with staff and technicians to promote safety, quality control, and training to ensure safety protocols are followed.
   • Mentor technicians, providing ongoing education, training, and motivation to improve results.
2. Team Management & Performance:
   • Maintain effective communication with the team, offering feedback, guidance, and encouragement.
   • Coordinate with the dispatch team to optimize efficiency and productivity.
   • Conduct periodic checks of technicians' work.
   • Manage performance reviews, timecards, PTO, and on-call schedules for technicians.
3. Experience and Education:
   • Strong customer service skills, including proper phone etiquette and a customer-centric approach.
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   • Ability to build strong relationships within a fast-paced, communicative team environment.
   • Initiative to motivate the team, promote safety, and maintain focus and productivity.
   • Journeyman-level or equivalent professional experience.
   • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-oriented industry.
   • Experience managing diverse roles and responsibilities.
4. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
   • Normal office environment with occasional lifting, walking, and standing.
   • Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds occasionally.
   • Frequent use of fingers for computer and equipment operation.
   • Moderate noise level.
