Job summary

United Uptime Services in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead our service team at fueling centers and EV charging sites across the region.

The role requires industry experience with petroleum equipment, Gilbarco certification, and the ability to manage on-call emergencies while maintaining outstanding client relationships. You’ll train junior technicians and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with petroleum equipment service and maintenance preferred.
• Gilbarco Certification required; other POS and tank monitoring brands valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on UST/AST systems at fueling centers.
• Lead service team and coordinate daily operations with District General Manager.
• Respond to after-hours on-call requests and ensure timely, compliant repairs.
• Train and develop junior technicians; enforce safety and customer protocols.
