United Uptime Services in Springfield, MO is seeking an experienced Construction Technician Team Lead to oversee a crew installing petroleum fueling infrastructure and EV charging stations. You will manage field crews, coordinate with clients, and ensure projects run safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• UST/AST Certification is required.
• Experience leading a construction crew in the petroleum fueling industry.
• Experience installing underground/above ground storage tanks, piping, dispensers, etc.
• Ability to operate hand/power/pneumatic tools and perform physical work.
• Able to lift 75–100 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work flexible hours and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and client-facing collaboration skills.
• Must pass pre-employment testing (drug screen, background, physical, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of experienced and new-to-industry construction installers.
• Coordinate with District, Installation, Project, Client Managers and Sales team.
• Operate heavy equipment to dig and install tanks and fueling equipment.
• Perform construction tasks such as concrete work, framing, piping, and finishing.
• Install and repair petroleum equipment including tanks, dispensers, pumps, and piping systems.
