Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking a field service technician to troubleshoot, repair, and install gasoline dispensing units and associated POS systems at customer sites. The role involves analyzing electrical and mechanical problems and performing preventative maintenance, often outdoors and with local travel.

You'll work with industry-leading equipment and receive ongoing training and certifications to advance within the petroleum services field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining gasoline dispensing units.
• Hold valid dispenser certification(s).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather; local travel; lift 50-75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repairs gasoline dispensing units (Gilbarco, Dresser Wayne, Gasboy, Bennett).
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic POS Systems (VeriFone, Gilbarco, NCR).
• Install, program and test new petroleum equipment.
• Analyze electrical and mechanical problems and provide repairs as required.
• Perform scheduled repairs and preventative maintenance to fueling systems.
• Communicate with customers and explain technical issues in a non-technical manner.
