Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and lead teams.
• Willing to travel and be on-call for emergency response.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Ability to perform physical labor and operate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Field Technicians and ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain Health & Safety as top priority and enforce policies.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and resources for field services.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and H&S standards.
• Inspect and document site activities and equipment inspections.
• Attend safety meetings and train staff on procedures.
