Job summary

CACI International Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in HM/HS, HVAC and PGU maintenance on mobile platforms and fixed sites.

You will coordinate field work, mentor staff and ensure safety and compliance. This role requires active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI, extensive PLC and electrical knowledge, and the ability to manage complex projects across time zones while delivering high-quality DoD contractor

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Experience with PLCs, ladder logic and low-voltage control systems.
• Extensive mechanical background and HM/HS maintenance expertise.
• Minimum 15 years commercial/industrial experience; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site and remote field technicians across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate travel, plan resources and oversee HM/HS, HVAC and PGU repairs.
• Prepare formal reports on deficiencies, repairs and test results.
• Provide clear status updates to managers and ensure safety/compliance.
