Waters Corporation is seeking a field service professional to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, and SFC systems across multiple lab environments.

You will manage customer expectations, deliver hands-on training, ensure regulatory compliance, document work daily, and support the sales team for service contracts. A science degree and instrumentation experience are desired.

• Customer-facing troubleshooting, problem solving, and service skills required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and customer relations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve instrumentation issues across multiple platforms.
