Job summary

Cherokee Preting, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks a Field Service Representative to support a DoD contract, advising on equipment installation, configuration, and maintenance. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, with travel to support CONUS/OCONUS missions.

The team partners with military personnel to troubleshoot systems and write reports. Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, experience with DoD equipment, and the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Experience in DoD-related field service or similar environments.
Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS.

Responsibilities

Mentor and advise senior military personnel on equipment usage and TTPs for HF-TTL devices.
Assist in developing CONOPs for employing HF-TTL devices.
Provide technical expertise for testing and installing audio/video server applications.
Coordinate with headquarters for specialized program support.
Support new equipment integration and cutover activities.
Conduct research and develop best practices.
