Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Field Service Specialist to safely plan, install, operate and maintain completion tool systems at customer sites. You will Troubleshoot and mentor field personnel, coordinating with pressure pumping, wireline, and drilling teams while ensuring QA/QC and SHE standards are met.

Candidates should have 5+ years in oilfield completion tools, strong hydraulics knowledge, and a valid license. Travel up to 80% across the Permian Basin and North America is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in completion tools or oilfield services.
• Strong understanding of surface and downhole hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Experience with QA/QC and field troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and ability to pass drug testing.
• Safety certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, maintain, service, and troubleshoot downhole completion tools and related equipment.
• Plan, assemble, test, and disassemble completion tools and verify tool readiness.
• Coordinate with service contractors and customer reps at site.
• Complete QA/QC inspections and prepare field reports and tickets.
• Mentor junior field personnel and support field trials or testing.
