Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Regional Commissioning and Optimization Technician, U.S - National Position

Material Processing (Aggregate & Sand Washing)

Location: The Individual can be based anywhere in the USA

Territory Covered: National (visiting sites all over the USA)

Pay: $35-$45 per hour + overtime

Kane Selection represents a leading OEM in wet processing solutions and seeks a Regional Commissioning and Optimization Technician (RCOT) to join the Operations team. This role involves commissioning projects, supporting business development, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning: Lead standard and complex project commissioning, ensuring seamless equipment integration.
• Technical Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Site Visits: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on processes and product development to enhance operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including permit-to-work systems.

What’s Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of plant processes and electrical control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID flow diagrams, and control schematics.
• Experience performing electrical and mechanical modifications on-site.
• Engineering degree (or equivalent experience in a technical role).
• Must be fit for fieldwork, capable of working at heights, and able to travel frequently across the U.S.
