Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $42.00/hr

We are looking for a Field Service Specialist in the North Aurora area.

What You Will Do

• Install, commission, and validate industrial automated systems at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot robotic systems, PLC controls, HMI interfaces, sensors, and automation hardware.
• Diagnose root causes of machine failures using structured, logical troubleshooting steps.
• Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, adjustments, and system modifications.
• Build, assemble, and integrate system components as required.
• Work independently on customer sites with limited oversight.
• Travel approximately 50% (mix of local travel and domestic trips).

Who We're Looking For

• Ability to understand ladder logic.
• Strong HMI troubleshooting experience.
• Solid electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
