Job summary

Metric Bio seeks a Field Service Specialist to support advanced medical imaging and surgical systems nationwide. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex imaging equipment at customer sites while diagnosing electrical, mechanical, electronic, software, and networking faults.

You'll provide remote and on-site technical support, complete service documentation, and uphold high customer satisfaction amid frequent travel (approximately 80%).

Qualifications

• 3+ years field service experience within medical devices or healthcare technology.
• MRI experience highly desirable.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ field service experience within medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Strong experience with complex capital equipment; MRI experience highly desirable.
• Technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronics, IT, and networking systems.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, organised, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%).
