The Field Service Renewals Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing sales within an assigned customer base and geographic territory. In this role, you will focus on retention of preventative maintenance and service agreements, customer satisfaction, and growth through proactive account management and a customer-focused sales strategy.
Follow Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs, and services with consistency and accountability. Own an assigned service agreement customer base and manage retention activities with a clear focus on outcomes. Build trusted customer relationships by understanding each account's decision makers, equipment, service contract, and service history. Work closely with district operations to remove barriers and improve service delivery for customers. Use customer insight to shape sales strategies, improve retention, and uncover growth opportunities. Share progress and metrics with operations and corporate partners on a weekly and monthly basis, with candor and follow-through. Collaborate across teams and contribute with integrity, continuous improvement, and a team-first mindset.
We offer a competitive salary of $74,000 - $93,000 determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. This role also includes a competitive Sales Incentive Plan based on project, quarterly, and annual margin.
