Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety is seeking a Field Service Representative to stock PPE vending machines at a customer site, monitor inventory, and perform light maintenance. You’ll work independently at assigned locations, ensuring gloves, safety glasses, and other PPE are available when workers need them.

This role offers flexible scheduling within the customer’s hours, paid training, and opportunities to grow with Magid.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Field Service Representative (FSR), you'll play an important role in keeping workers safe. By making sure our customer vending machines are stocked, organized, and running smoothly, you'll help ensure employees have access to the gloves, safety glasses, and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) they need to do their jobs safely - when and where they need it. Your work may happen behind the scenes, but its impact is seen every day.

What You'll Do

• Monitor inventory levels and keep products organized
• Perform basic vending machine maintenance and replace simple parts when needed
• Transport inventory between storage areas and vending machines
• Build positive relationships with customer contacts while providing excellent service

Schedule

This position supports one customer location and requires two visit per week, typically on Monday & Friday, or Tuesday & Thursday. The visit generally takes 2 hours, with a 4-hour weekly total.

Service can be completed anytime between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, providing flexibility to choose a time that works for your schedule. The service day may occasionally change based on customer needs.

Pay Grade:

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

• Ability to work in manufacturing environments that may be noisy or have varying temperatures
• Flexibility to provide on-call support for emergency maintenance and repairs

Safety Requirements

• Mandatory PPE is required at customer locations. Magid will provide the required PPE.
• Must follow all customer-specific safety procedures and site requirements.
