Job summary

Magid Glove & Safety seeks a part-time Field Service Representative to restock PPE at client sites, monitor inventory, and keep vending machines and storage areas tidy. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and basic computer skills to log activity are required.

The role offers a 20‑hour week (Mon/Wed/Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM) with flexibility in schedule, potential for advancement, and benefits like profit sharing and PTO.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and the ability to handle mechanical tasks confidently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in different manufacturing environments that may be loud, industrial, and with temperature variations.

• Restock vending machines at client locations with safety products such as glasses, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and prevent shortages.
• Maintain clean, organized, and orderly product storage areas at all times.
• Perform basic maintenance and replace parts on vending machines as needed to ensure proper functioning.
• Manage and transport inventory efficiently between machines and designated storage areas.

When will you work

Schedule: This role supports three customer locations and requires 3–5 hours per day, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a total of 20 hours per week. Work hours fall between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with flexibility within that window to fit your schedule.
