Job summary

Si Environmental, LLC. is seeking candidates for a position involving customer interactions and operational duties within the distribution and collections system. Responsibilities include handling customer calls, addressing sewer backups, and performing billing activities.

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to obtain necessary water/wastewater licenses. A valid Texas driver’s license with a strong driving record is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be able to acquire a class D water and/or wastewater licenses from TCEQ within 90 days.
• Class C distribution/ground or wastewater treatment license required within 18 months.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls regarding distribution and collections tasks.
• Address sewer backups and conduct billing and collection activities.
• Perform meter box adjustments and change outs as needed.
