Solventum is seeking a Field Service Representative I for the Charlotte, NC area to deliver, service, and manage medical device equipment for healthcare clients. You will be on-site with customers, ensuring equipment readiness and accurate documentation, while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer-facing work in public/private settings.

• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Serve healthcare clients by delivering, picking up, and maintaining cutting-edge medical device equipment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with patients and hospital staff.
• Prepare equipment for delivery, including cleaning, disinfecting, and documentation processing.
• Track inventory of assets, parts, disposables, and supplies; locate misplaced items as needed.
• Load and unload equipment from company vehicles and participate in training sessions.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and comply with company policies and safety standards.

The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating, and maintaining superior customer relationships.Further responsibilities include performing and assisting in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies.
