Advanced Technology Systems Company seeks a Field Service Representative to support ISR systems for programs in the El Paso, TX region. The role involves collaboration with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management, reporting to the Training Manager, and travel to field sites as needed.

The position requires an associate degree, 2 years of ISR-related military experience, ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance, strong written and verbal communication, and MS Office

Qualificações

• Associates degree in an applicable field of study.
• 2 yrs Military experience with an ISR program as either an Operator, FSR, or Instructor (Instructor or Trainer certifications preferred) may be used in leu of degree.
• Experience within a DOW program.
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently or as a team.
• Confidentiality and safeguarding company IP are a must.
• Able to interface with VIPs, personnel, international executives, and others.
• Able to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong follow through and organizational skills.
• Good writing, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance, Secret Clearance preferred
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Must be willing to travel to work sites in the field
• Work is typically performed in an outdoor setting
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Travel overseas may be required

Responsabilidades

• Help develop information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals and receive training as a field service representative.

• Communicate difficult/ sensitive information tactfully

ATSC Field Service Representative (FSR) SUMMARY

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is looking for an individual with experience with Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) systems that can support ATSC programs in El Paso TX region. This person will work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Program Management while reporting to the Training Manager.

Essential Responsibilities

• Help develop Information necessary to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/ User Manuals and receive training as a field service representative
• Receive training in technical areas such as electrical systems, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles, mechanics, etc
