Kreg Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Field Service Representative to handle delivery, service, and pickup of rental medical equipment. You will prepare gear for patient use, disinfect and test devices, and coordinate with Central Dispatch to meet customer needs.
The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and willingness to work a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift with occasional weekends. Strong customer service and leadership skills are essential in this 24/7 environment.

Field Service Representative (FSR) will report directly to the Operations Manager & Supervisors in each market. This position is responsible for the delivery, service, and pick-up of Kreg Therapeutics’ rental medical equipment. FSR’s must be able to communicate with Central Dispatch and mindfully assist with customer needs. FSR’s prepare equipment for patient use with meticulous maintenance, disinfecting and testing.
Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00 pm (Every other Weekend)
