Job summary

Rug Doctor, LLC. is hiring for a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) to support delivery of products and service of display/equipment at assigned retail accounts. The role requires overnight travel (2 nights per month) and independent work on a defined route.

You will maintain displays, inspect machines, and ensure customer satisfaction consistent with Rug Doctor's mission. The ASR position offers paid training, a company vehicle, uniforms, a company credit card for business expenses,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels.
• Push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in different climates – hot, cold, etc.
• Drive a vehicle for consecutive hours in day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service display/equipment to retail accounts.
• Maintain rental display: clean, stocked, and well maintained at multiple locations.
• Inspect, clean and service rental machines on route.
• Travel overnight as required (2 nights a month).
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Rug Doctor professionally.
