Job summary

Rug Doctor is seeking a full-time Area Service Representative (ASR) to deliver products and service display/equipment while providing outstanding customer service to established retail accounts. The role includes occasional overnight travel (1–2 nights per month) based on company needs and route requirements.

The ASR will ensure rental displays are clean, stocked, and well maintained across assigned locations, inspect and service machines, and implement improved processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Overnight travel up to 2 nights per month as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and follow company standards.
• Basic computer literacy for terminals and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products and service displays/equipment to retail accounts.
• Maintain and clean rental displays at multiple locations.
• Inspect, clean, and service rental machines on route stops.
• Pitch and uphold Rug Doctor standards and mission while on assignment.
