Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Representative for Richmond, VA, to service and maintain our press brake equipment. The role is home-based with heavy travel, requiring proficiency in electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems and strong customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic principles.
• Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Able to travel overnight at least 90%, at times.
• Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Strong PC and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule and complete machine service for customers.
• Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing.
• Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life.
• Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of the preventative maintenance schedules with customers.
