Retroflex is seeking a Field Service Technician to support, troubleshoot, train, test, install, inspect, and repair equipment across customer sites. The role requires assembling units, wiring control panels, and route/connect electrical systems per drawings.

The candidate will travel up to 50% to perform calibrations, diagnostics, and on-site configurations. Qualifications include an associate’s degree (preferred), strong client interaction skills, basic math and computer literacy, and

Formación

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients/customers in an effective and positive manner.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings of mechanical assemblies, electrical drawings, and pneumatic drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble parts on units and attach to assemblies, performing inspections and tests to ensure specs are met.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels using point-to-point wiring.
• Route, wire, assemble, and connect electrical control and manufacturing equipment per drawings/blueprints.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time to perform troubleshooting, calibrations, and configurations.
• Provide field service, calibration, repairs, and training to support equipment lifecycle.
