Responsibilities

• Performs on-site services for clients, including repairs and upgrades on a 24/7 on-call basis.
• Install, diagnose, repair and support installed equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose problems, assess scope, and decide on repair or part replacement.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on operation and maintenance.
• Lead small to moderate projects at customer sites.
