Job summary

CPG in Dallas, TX is seeking a Supervisor, Service Operations to lead the Service team, ensure safety and competency, and manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mission critical power systems.

You will train staff, plan work, coordinate materials and schedules, and drive quality and customer service standards across projects. Expect 50% travel to customer sites and 50–75% on-site presence to supervise field activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

• Read electrical one-lines, manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and safety process administration.
• Travel to customer sites to manage DC Power installations, replacements, and maintenance.
• Plan and maintain work systems, procedures, and policies for performance.
• Review timesheets and coordinate staffing for projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable rules, codes and regulations.
