Job summary

LINC Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator in Indiana to quote parts and order for TSRs, schedule reactive service calls and installations, and manage the Technical Service calendar. You will enter service calls, SAP numbers, and prepare tickets for invoicing and follow-up on reviews and repairs.

Responsibilities include maintenance of records for scheduled maintenance, supporting equipment project installations, and assisting with rental, demo, leasing, and placement

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service, technical support, service coordination, or project administration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills required.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Parts quoting and ordering for TSRs

• Service LINC administration to include:
• Enter service calls, SAP order numbers
• Send completed tickets for invoicing
• Follow up on tech review and repair tickets
• Scheduled Maintenance: maintain records and prepare quotes and agreements
• Equipment Team Support
• Manage installation activity on Equipment Project View
• Assist with rental, demo, leasing, and placement agreements
• Utilize SAP, LINC360, Service LINC, Power Bi, and internal shared drives
• Work with Technical Service Customer Service team to enter service calls
• Support quoting, ordering, and equipment installations as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
