Job summary

AKRS Equipment is seeking a field-service technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize agricultural machinery at customer sites. You will handle basic and complex diagnostics on AMS products, perform repairs, and support customers and colleagues with equipment setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing service repairs, preferably Ag retail.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance using specialized tools.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in agricultural and turf equipment.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manager to schedule and complete field-based customer service calls.
• Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on Agricultural equipment and AMS products.
• Provide customers with excellent customer service.
• Participate in service training programs to develop mechanical skills and knowledge.
• Drive successful machine inspection campaigns and grow inspection business.
• Perform complex diagnostics on AMS products on location.
• Support customers and AKRS employees with machine setup and optimization.
