AKRS Equipment is seeking a skilled field service technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment, including AMS products, at customer sites. You will collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling, communicate with customers, and advance service opportunities.

Applicants should have 5+ years of field service experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced field environment. Training and career growth are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience performing field service repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with service software such as Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to field service calls and perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural equipment on site.
• Coordinate with service manager to manage field-based service schedule and customer calls.
• Communicate clearly with service manager, clerks, sales reps, customers and technicians.
• Generate additional field service business through excellent service and support in the field.
